What does MoveDeal cost customers?
Creating a request is free. You pay the company you choose. We do not publish average prices.
How do I compare quotes?
Compare scope, not only the total: inventory, dismantling, insurance, no-parking, waiting time. Ask before you accept an unclear quote.
What if something is damaged?
This is general information, not legal advice. Report the issue promptly to the company and via the dashboard. Liability sits in your contract with the mover.
For moving companies
How do I become a partner?
Register under For moving companies and submit the requested company details and documents. There is no public profile without review.
How does MoveDeal charge partners?
During soft launch, MoveDeal is free for households and movers — no platform commission right now. Customers pay you directly (cash or bank transfer).
Parking and timing
Who applies for a no-parking zone?
Usually the mover or a hired service, at the competent office. Deadlines differ by city. This is not legal advice.
Can I request a short-notice date?
Yes. Write the date and time clearly. Whether someone quotes depends on capacity. A preferred date is not a booking.
