Short-notice move: the date is tight, the facts are not
A few days' notice does not mean photos and floor drop out. Partners can only price what they see. What often blocks the day is a missing no-parking zone, not the truck.
What you still need to provide
Rough inventory, tightest door, floor, lift yes or no, and how far a truck may legally stand. Preferred day and a fallback window. Without that, replies come late or padded.
No-parking zone and building management
