Stair width at the tightest point, landing under the window, door frame, and whether a piano or solid wardrobe clears the turn. Count floors as building management does. Outside: kerb to door, entrance steps, courtyard access. In Munich and other old-building districts these details often matter more than map kilometres.

A furniture lift needs standing space outside, often a permit or settled parking, and a window or balcony that can take the piece. Whether that works is the company's call — not a generic euro table.
