If you need to delete your account:
**Before Deleting:**
- Complete any active moves
- Download your data
- Cancel any subscriptions
- Resolve any disputes
**Deletion Process:**
1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Account
2. Scroll to "Delete Account"
3. Enter your password
4. Confirm deletion
**What Gets Deleted:**
- Personal information
- Move history (anonymized)
- Payment information
- Account credentials
**What's Retained:**
- Completed transactions (for legal compliance)
- Anonymized data (for analytics)
- Support tickets (for reference)
**Recovery:**
- Accounts can be recovered within 30 days
- Contact support for recovery
- After 30 days, deletion is permanent
