Minimum content of the request
Origin and destination, rough volume or furniture list, floor and lift at each address, carry path and parking, extras (boxes, assembly, piano, storage). One extra photo beats “large flat”. The estimator sketch can prefill — without euro output.
Fixed price versus hourly
Fixed price and hourly models are comparable only when scope matches: what is included, what is an extra if access is tighter or carry takes longer?
